General information
The apartment is on the floor of the house (about 40qm) with bedroom/livingroom (23qm), a kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and balcony (that is good for one person). WiFi is included free of charge.The apartment is a non-smoking and does not serve continental breakfast. Pets are not allowed. There is no laundry room and the apartment does not have a washing machine.
Pricing
This apartment can be rented at 70 € per day.To rent for at least an entire month, the rent per month is from 750 euros for a single occupancy
During winter there will be a surcharge of 30 Euros for heating.

It has an electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils.
